Follow up letters and emails to clients

We are a Will writing and estate planning business and we are looking for someone to write a set of follow up letters/emails for us.

These letters/emails would be used to stay in touch with the client from first booking the appointment to the client receiving their completed documents.

We are looking for the following letters/emails:

1. confirmation of appointment
2. We have received your paperwork
3. thank you for your business/referrals letter
4. please find your documents enclosed

Plus any other communication you believe we need.
