Fine Tune Google Adwords Campaigns

Hi, i have setup my Google AdWords account with appropriate ads/keywords etc along with image ads. i need an AdWord guru to check the account and fine tune our campaigns to ensure;

1) All of our add are showing
2) Achieve high-quality scoring
3) Optimise bidding using bid simulator
4) Achieve best practices overall
5) Keyword research and advise on additional keywords etc

As most of the work has already been done, it should not take more than a few hours to supercharge the campaigns.

For the right person, there will be more work in the future.
