Peace of Mind - £2million PII cover plus Information Accuracy Warranty

HiP Association Group carries £2million of Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) on every property that we carry out a search, and there are no time limitations placed on claims under this policy. This covers all actions taken by HiP Association Group employees.

In addition to the above, we have introduced an Information Accuracy Warranty policy which will provide additional cover up to £2 million for situations where local authorities are unable to answer a question at the time of search, or when an error is made by a council employee. We anticipate that the introduction of HIPS in 2007 will significantly improve access to certain areas of the public records held by local authorities, but until then, The HiP Association Group policy will provide additional peace of mind to our clients.

A number of functions will support your organisation process for ordering a HiP and to provide the flexibility when charging clients.

Finance - Once order has been placed we will contact your client and we will take the HIP Fee directly from your client and you will not be liable for non-payment.

Pricing - As you may want to have each client on a different pricing or discount structure. We will either charge default £199.00 or any given amount that we are told to charge when taking the order.
