Field Sales Agent

We are planning to grow the business for 2011 and therefore we need field sales agents to join our team. The purpose of the job will be making telephone and face-to-face sales via generated leads.
We require candidates who are accustomed to making outbound sales calls to business customers and have a clear and friendly telephone manner. You will need to listen to customers' objections and develop strategies to overcome them. It is also important to have the skills to effectively close the calls.
We also require candidates who have strong experience of face-to-face sale. You will need to meet the clients and make sales through the meeting or follow up calls/meetings.
The ideal candidate will have previous telesale and face-to-face sale experience in web design and development business.
This role may become a well paid permanent role in the future.
