Experienced Marketing Manager

My business is called Capital Caterers, and I have a website which offers catering (such as sandwich and buffet platters) to other businesses in London for their breakfast/lunch meetings & events. Customers are also able to order & pay online. I have been running for just over a year, but i am now looking for someone experienced in B2B marketing to push my business to the next level, and really increase sales through a wide variety of means.

I currently outsource a team to look after SEO work for the website, but would be willing to listen to any advice that could help me even more with this. Other things i am looking to do include a complete marketing strategy/plan, regular email marketing campaigns, purchases of relevant business lists, PR, advertising, social media, Adwords advice (which i may also outsource), finding new customers and retaining current customers, loyalty schemes, special offers and anything else that may help. Please let me know if you have experience with designing emails/literature, or if this would be done by someone else.

This will be the first time that i have employed anyone for this business in such a role, but i am looking for someone who has proven experience. If you think this is you, please give me a breakdown of what you think you could do to help my business, together with rough timescales etc. Please bear in mind i am also on a budget, as i am a small business, please could you give me an hourly quote together with a daily quote if you are available to work one day every week or two. Someone local (in London) would obviously be a bonus, as we could meet face to face first. This would also be ongoing work if successful.
