Email template / marketing / sending of the emails

An email template that is capable of being changed by ourselves (can email across an example) or the creation of 3 - 4 templates a year.

You also will need the correct software to send the emails and personalise the emails to the persons name, title i.e. John Smith, Mr Smith, automatically without the need to keep inputting individual names and titles.

Possibly require sending of these emails also / or to set up the template in mail chimp for us / or similar email client which has the capabilities to send out personalised emails, which can also be tracked, i.e. open, delete, unsubscribe etc.
