Email Marketing - Creativity & Design of New Email Templates

I operate two leisure guides:

1) Accommodation & Leisure Guide within the UK featuring Places to Stay, Eat and Visit which was launched in October.

2) A Dining Guide for the UK which was launched in January.

Both websites have been marketed over the past months, but now I require something new and fresh to start my new campaigns as we drive towards the warmer months.

I require for the accommodation guide some email marketing which can be used to drive B&Bs, Hotels, Cottages, Restaurants and Attractions to advertise with the service. The marketing I've used before has been quite successful and I've achieved about 6-7% overall RR.

For the Dining Guide, I require something similar, but as this market is harder to sign up than B&Bs / Cottages it needs to be something that will make owners want to join.

I typically send three communications a month to my mailing lists with the first being the marketing email, the second a reminder with the design slightly tweaked and lastly a personal email from all people that have clicked through but not advertised. I will be looking for a similar approach with this.

At this stage it is just the wording, design and build of of the marketing templates that I need, but if these prove to be successful then I am happy to open this to a wider marketing opportunity - This would include helping me drive traffic to my website using social media and other activities to prove to the advertisers they are seeing users coming to the sites. I already have a full SEO program underway and am not keen on PPC activities.

I am open to bidders, but would prefer to work with someone who has had experience in this sector before, and with a proven history.

I have set a cap of £300 on this as I feel this is a reasonable level for creating these two campaign templates.
