Hello Providers..
I am in the process of organising an education programme that will offer post graduate degrees....in order to keep this programme in the eye of the targeted consumer I am seeking someone who will be able to perform a combination Public Relations and Marketing role especially with regards to the online approach...if you think that you have the skills and are able to be creative not only in the context of writing articles and planning campaigns etc. but also creative in operating to a streamlined budget for this function as this position may be working within fixed price or hourly fees depending on the work required.
