Dynamic Sales Director required
With extensive knowledge and experience of business to consumer sales, marketing, business development, project management and operations, with the ability and a proven track record of having taken a business from initial conception / start up through to excessive growth, with the ability to operate nationally with turnover in excess of c£1m + within 1 • 3 years.
Responsibilities include boosting sales which will result in substantial growth and turnover.
You will head up all aspects of sales and marketing include generating B2C sales and dealing with all aspects of consumer marketing to ensure increase of constant sales stream.
You will also create B2B opportunities, including generating and closing deals, working with and establishing affiliate partnerships, creating sponsorship opportunities and industry partnerships. You will also be involved with all aspects of brand developing including brand building, placement, and creating brand awareness through all media streams from online viral marketing and creating an online brand buzz to generating targeted media and press coverage press.
You will be responsible for ensuring monthly sales targets are met, and have a track record of exceeding them. You will thrive on the challenge of being involved in pushing the business to the next level, and approach this project hands on, enjoying working with a dynamic online agency and team.
The ideal candidate will be given the opportunity to come on board and work along the company where due to your success an on-going position will be created, or will have the ability to hit targets within a given timeline over a period of time.
You will have a high level of expertise and knowledge within the online marketing field including SEO, Search Engine Marketing, with the ability to maximise online marketing opportunities using social networking platforms and creating profitable affiliates partnerships, as you will be using an online platform to gain industry share.
