Detailed Digital Marketing Plan

We are looking for an experienced marketing and PR and social media expert, with experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain marketing, to help us expand on and make our existing marketing plan more detailed; someone who has managed creating detailed plans for a marketing department. We also require assistance in organising our brand message, tone of voice and persona; so the whole team is aligned.

Our objective is to organise the whole marketing team so they all understand their marketing tasks and duties, and to be able to manage and organise them efficiently. This will be achieved if we have a detailed strategy and system in place. Our team includes content writers, visual creators (graphic designers and video creators), social media managers (different people for different channels).

As part of the plan, we require a detailed strategy and monthly calendar, as well as a system of who does what and what is posted when etc. These are our channels:

Part of the plan should include influencer marketing and affiliate marketing strategy, as well as email marketing campaigns

We would like to have as much detail on what type of content/post and when to post (content topics will be provided by senior management)

Please note: We already have a marketing plan, we just need to drill more into it and expand it according to each channel's strategy (content calendar+posting calendar) and each member's role (KPI's and reporting system). We also have our tone of voice and messaging drafted, we just need it aligned with the rest of the plan.
