CRM Manager

Team Group UK is a marketing services company based in Hove. We’re seeking a part-time CRM Manager to recommend a simple, low cost. Internet based CRM system that can be easily accessed by a small team of home based telemarketers.

Once a system has been agreed upon, the appointee is to then manage it on an ongoing basis, loading data to each agent’s account, ensuring that the system functions smoothly, extracting regular management reports, detailing calls made, results obtained and showing time actually spent by agents on the phone.

We envisage between 5-10 hours work each week depending on the number of agents engaged at any particular time.
