Creation of Quick Reference Guide (in Word or Powerpoint) - One Side A4

We want to create a template for some Training Guides (we have a rough outline of the very first one that we want to tidy up) and make more professional looking (if this works we have a further 10 guides we would look to produce but maybe multiple pages). This first job is for the quick reference guide and is only a one-page document (the other guides might be more). All we want to quote on is the current page attached and go from there.
