Create a stunning mailshot with product offer list / order form

I have 4 ranges of products (karooequine.com) which I need a mailshot to cover that stands out and generates sales.
I have a large list of companies who have signed up for trade accounts but have not purchased. The mail shot will be sent by both post and email to these qualified leads who have previously shown interest in our products.
The mail shot needs to be done in Photoshop for editing purposes but also supplied in PDF format at specified size say A4.
Remember that this mailshot is for trade customers not end users.
The product pictures and trade prices are the key things that should stand out. I need all 4 ranges shown in the mailshot - for example where there are 10 variances of a product you would perhaps only need to show a few but still list what the different variances -colours there are.
