Copywriting for new property product and marketing advise

We're launching a new property product for a letting agency based in Bristol. We have some text for the advert which we'd like checking over and developing to achieve full impact when it launches in January. We'd also like advice on how to revamp our website and incorporate new branding to reflect the idea of this product which will form the basis of the business going forward. We do already have a website in place but can obviously make changes through our web designer - and would like some guidance on how best to do this.

We would also like a really targeted google adwords campaign to go with the new product launch and promote the company and the products.
