Copywriting and Business Launch sales/marketing/PR manager

Promotional company in nursing/care sales looking for someone brilliant at PR and marketing, from start up of business to 1 year on. Numerous skills needed:
We require copywriting for website, devision of contracts, definition of franchises and sales of franchises to individuals. Assistance will be needed for 12 months. Targets must be met. Someone mature, quick, accurate, creative, well connected and able to hit targets by reputation in sales, marketing and PR.
All of this is part of the initial business launch; media links will be needed at later date. Help required from first stages to business running smoothly.
