Commission Sales 50% of Net Profit, Web Development Avg 1k + per job

We have a team of world class developers located in India; which we resell inclusive with Project Managment services. Our cost is $12 / hr and our min. Charge is $32 / hr, which is still very competitive in the web development arena. The development costs can and will be negotiated by the Salesman... so the higher your sell the higher your paycheck. Any NET profits will be divided 50/50 between the project manager and the sales rep. We can handle roughly 4-5 jobs at any given time with a short average of 10 full working days per job. At the min. rate this equates to $800 USD profit per job for the sales person.
