Commision only sales for club membership and first order

For, spas , massage therapists , heavy users of candles I offer a club membership through the members site www.sentelle.co.uk/members-club.asp

Members pay an annual fee of £120 and get a 40% discount on the products.

With this system they are not tied to a minimum order quantity nor do they have to order frequently.

I am looking for a sales person with their own leads to get people that have pamper parties , spas , massage therapist , beauty salons e.t.c to join as paying members .

The commision is 30% of membership fee or 30% of membership fee + 10% first order.
