Branding/logo/business plan

Hi, I'm just planning to open my NEW fitness/personal training and wellbeing business but need help with the name/brand/,mission statement/business plan , I will be based in South East london focusing on weight loss and healthy living 'in and for the community'. With the olympic coming up and the market saturated with so many fitness company - I want to offer something and an unique USP, also I want to develop an strategy to work alongside the NHS as a GP referral scheme ( mainly obesity and diabetes)
