Book guests on my podcast

I host and produce The Segilola Salami Show podcast. The show has been running for 3 years now and I'm now looking for someone to take over the role of reaching out to potential guests and getting the guests to book a slot on the show. Unlike most podcast shows, there's a booking fee for guests on my show.

I am looking for someone who has ample experience reaching out to people online and recommending the show to them as a suitable platform for them to share their brand message. I don't want someone I would have to micro-manage.

The ideal candidate for this role has excellent communication and online marketing skills and can pitch to possible guests why coming on my show would be good for their brand/business

At the moment, the show gets on average 5 guest bookings per month. I normally use Twitter, Goodreads and Reddit to get guests on the show.

I am looking for someone who can do considerably more than I do. I want someone who can not only maintain the number of monthly guest slots that are booked but can exceed it.

Your performance would be based on what you deliver. If you generate 6 or more bookings per month, this would be an ongoing job for you. If you generate ZERO bookings, our working arrangement would be terminated with immediate effect.

Please note that it is important that whatever you want to charge is in line with the income the show will generate from the work you do. If you charge a rate that exceeds the income you generate, the show would not be able to afford your fees.
