Backlinks, marketing and sales support

We are a private baby scan studio in Exeter, offering early gender scans and 3D /4D scans to pregnant ladies in the South West of England, UK. We only really have one competitor but they occupy #1,#2 and #3 of natural SEO, and we are at #4 for most of the main key words that our customers use to find us. I am looking for a quick fix backline building to get us to #1 in natural SEO and on ongoing marketing relationship to help deliver leads to the business over the long term, with PR and marketing support and tie ins.
