B2B sales letter

I am in need of a Sales letter writing for my Personal Injury Claims Solicitors to promote our services to other Solicitors. We specialise in Criminal Injury, Road Traffic Accident Injury and Employers Liability. I would like the letter to enquire if these Solicitors offer these services and if not, it's something they could add to there portfolio and they would receive a referral fee for each case.

If this project is completed to high standard as expected, further work will be given to the winner along the same lines.
