Assistance with nonprofit: newsletter, MailChimp to membership, workshop organisation

Hello Freelancers,

I'm in process of setting up a not for profit focussed on improving quality of diagnostics in healthcare. Its an international association, with different members from all over the world, both company members and individuals.
I need some help with setting up a regular newsletter on activities (I can provide content but help in setting it up making it look nice plus editing is needed), also to use MailChimp for mail shots to the membership and managing membership details/email lists. We run workshops so help in getting those organised might be needed to.
That leaves me more time to spend on fundraising!
Looking for someone savvy in these matters and with social media.
We have a basic website in place but might also need help with that too.

Work will be paid in EUROs but don't mind where you are located. Working time flexible. This could be repeat business for you! However since we are just starting, I need to keep costs low until we raise better funds, happy to have someone who is willing to learn on the job and grow with me - this is all pretty new to me too :)
