Artist Manager

I have recently re-branded 3 art websites which sell my work. Even though all 3 sell fine art each one is completely different and taps into different consumer profiles. 2 have their own identities established and the 3rd one is still in infancy but will be due to be released into the public during the next month.
I am looking for someone to raise my works profile currently on a very tight budget, basically managing my brand to generate publicity and sales. Due to the way the art market runs this must be done stylishly and in good taste.
As this is not a full time position and the pay will reflect on the results of your actions the ideal candidate will be someone who has just left university /taken a break from the workplace and already has taken a job to pay living costs but needs results based experience to apply for high salary positions when the recession is over. This can be done part time because longer hours don't necessarily show results. I must stress that this is commission based you will get 30% of the earnings that I make through sales of items so, the better you manage my profile, the more sales, the more you earn
