Personal training business looking for Regular articles/ blog on a weekly or forthright reg fitness and diet. Approx 200 words. Need to be quick turn around, ideally someone with journalism background. Would pref it to be in a fun and lighthearted language and knowledge of fitness and diet. I'll be working closely with the writer to form the content, but need help with the wording.
