Appointment maker

I need someone to work from home and make appointments, with local tradesmen and small businesses, for me to visit and sell them advertising space in local publications. The work would be on a publication by publication basis with each project requiring 20- 30 adveristers to complete. Ideally I am looking to pay a fixed price per confirmed(sat) appointment and a commission on any that result in a sale. Successful completion of the first project would lead to on going work if required.
