Amazon seller optimisation and sales growth

We are the marketing agency for UK company that has launched an exclusive range of cosmetics. The products are top of the range and best in class. This is not a small undertaking. The business is projecting sales of £20m+ per year. The lead product in the range is the 3 minute facelift which is becoming a worldwide renowned product. We are selling 2-10 units per day off amazon and have applied for FBA to allow amazon prime. We are struggling to understand the nuances and sales capability of Amazon and are aware that we have only scratched the surface of what we can achieve.
