Amazon FBA management, help, advise!

I am a fairly new start up based in London. We distribute orthopaedic sport supports to the healthcare market in the UK via distributors. Which is keeping me busy.

At the time of starting the business I decided to also put the products onto Amazon. A friend has been managing this for me after self teaching himself online (jungle scout videos amongst others)……… now he is busy on other products and I don’t have the time to manage the amazon account myself. Also if I did I don’t think I would be making the most of it.

What I am really looking for is someone to take this over and introduce us to new ways of maximising sales, as I am not sure if we are doing that yet with the simple keyword sponsoring which we are running.
Also we would need to be able to increase the sales somewhat to afford to outsource this management.
