Adwords, ppc, facebook marketing

I have a 4 year running website www.earnmoneyfromhome.co.in that was operating on Google PPC for 3 years (stopped PPC 1 year ago, then PPC ad suspended site but still get much traffic)
COnversion rate with 10000 clicks but only 4.6% enquire
THUS I am loosing the potential to remarket the missing 95.6%

Want to start campaign again to maximise on FB to reach these 95% and the others as well

Reach customers you know ( I have 20K opted in dbase of phone numbers and emails)
Create a Custom Audience (from above prfiles)
Remarket to website visitors (pixel on website etc)
Find people similar to your customers


Can you handle this
BUT currently since about 1 year site suspended (see below)
Can you fix this
Then handlle the campaign
Can you some do some FB display ads that are the correct size for FB? I'd do a least 3-4 ads so you can rotate them
