Adwords expert

I had an adwords expert design and implement my campaign around 2 years ago who I can't seem to get in touch with now. I would like to have an account overview done to establish if I should make any changes to my existing adwords campaign and what I can do to increase traffic and business, I think i would like to think about a placements account again but this time make it more specific instead of letting it run out of control on unrelated websites.
