Adwords Account Troubleshoot / Consulting

Hello. I have a small adwords account that right now is only running a google shopping campaign and a small campaign for our brand name. I recently disabled our standard campaign as it was producing *zero*! Our shopping campaign is costing 3x what we can afford to pay per conversion.

I need someone to spend an hour or two looking at this account and tell me what to do to fix these things. I have a very good understanding of the system in general, so don't need anyone to tell me how to structure a campaign for instance, but do need an experienced, critical eye to give some advice.

If your advice proves successful there will be a budget for ongoing work, but initially i'd just like to get an idea of what to do.
