Ad for a magazine

I need a colour ad doing by 1700hrs (UK time) Fri 13 Jan, size 58mm W x 42.4mm H. Previous ad is attached - would like a picture that includes indoor cycling using a Keiser M3 bike if possible (I've attached a screenshot of that), and less of boxing. Colours & logo are still good. Would like to change the 'list' of what we offer to:
