A fashion design start up office assistant

I am looking for a business associate for my start up in fashion design who will play a lead role in marketing and PR and also help me with administrative tasks that are required on an ongoing basis for a small business.
These tasks will involve pricing of products, packaging and posting of products, managing inventory, responding to email queries on the website and of course marketing and PR.

I am based in Walton on Thames, Surrey, UK and need someone who is local.
