8.5 x 3.67 One-Sided Flyer - ASAP

Hello, I need to have a 1/3 sheet (3.67 x 8.5) flyer designed ONE SIDE ONLY asap. I'm hoping to have completed before 8 pm PST this evening.

I have the content ready to go (attached). I just need it designed/laid out nicely. I also need our partner logos included along the bottom. I can send once the project has been awarded.

Our colors are: Orange (ed871f), Gray (4d5357) & white

I would also like to ensure that one edit is included if need be and a receipt of PSD files once completed.
