20-50 U.S. natives to spend 10 min on my website & respond to six questions

I have a website designed to sell a job search plan to unemployed or unhappily employed U.S. job seekers. I get over 150 visitors a day but no sales. I would like for a number of U.S. natives (because that is my market) to experience the website as a new visitor and answer these questions:
What encouraged you to buy?
What discouraged you to buy?
What tabs did you click on?
What would you have expected to pay for the plan?
Describe Kat Bourgeois in three words.
Describe the website in three words.

Note: I can't use SurveyMonkey because they can't send people out to a website during the survey.
