The experience that you have in such places isn’t only based on one element – it’s not necessarily just what the premises look like – it’s also made up of things like the smell; the lighting; the feeling that you get when you’re in the store; how people speak to you or serve you; the way the product is displayed; how easy you find it to get around / order / pay / interact with people etc.… and more!

Tell us briefly to explain what makes the experience here amazing.
Take some photos inside the store, showing the elements that stand out to you.
Take a short video of yourself – or the store with your narration – explaining in detail what aspect of the experience this store does really well & why.
