We are an online tour package company based in India and our customers are primarily from US, Europe and Middle East. Our tour package booking process is completely online over Email and Whatsapp.
I am looking for 5-6 people who will try to book a tour with us and few of our competitors as a customer and who can share with me their experience as a document or presentation clearly marking out the areas where service was not good or upto expectations.
It would be good if you have done something like this earlier or have experience in doing holiday booking through a tour operator.
You need to also submit the below details at the end of this project a
1)Report on service gaps you can submit with us.
2) tour packages and experience details of our competitors along with itinerary and quote
