Mystery Shopping at dutch Gusti Leder Stores

We seek qualified individuals to conduct objective evaluations of customer service and store atmospherics at several of our Dutch leather goods retail locations. As mystery shoppers, you will discreetly visit our stores in Amsterdam, Haarlem and The Hague to assess various aspects of the customer experience from an anonymous customer's perspective. Specifically, you will appraise the attentiveness, product knowledge and courteousness of our sales associates following a training initiative. Additionally, you will evaluate how visually appealing, well-organized and professionally operated each store location appears to new patrons. After completing anonymous shopping assignments, you will submit concise reports detailing your observations based on pre-established criteria. This valuable feedback will allow our management team to identify areas for improvement, reinforce best practices and ensure our shops provide an optimal shopping experience. Mystery shoppers should possess strong observational skills, discretion, attention to detail and the ability to construct objective written summaries. Bilingual Dutch/English capabilities preferred but not required. Qualified candidates will receive thorough briefings and evaluation forms to structure each store visit. Your insights will aid our goal of continually enhancing customer satisfaction at our premier leather goods retailers in the Netherlands.
