Mystery Shop Call & Email

Objective: To evaluate the caliber of customer service and the convenience of communication through phone and email interactions with two distinct companies offering comparable services.

Scope of Work:

1. Call each company and inquire about their services, pricing, and any special offers they may currently have.
2. Record your interactions with the customer service representatives, including their names, responses, and the duration of each call.
3. Send a brief email to each company, expressing your interest in their services and requesting additional information.

Timeline:

1. The freelancer should be available to start the project within the next 24 hours.
2. The freelancer should complete the project within 24 days of accepting the assignment.

Deliverables:

Evaluation:
• Score based on an assesment detailing the phone and email experiences.
• Rate each aspect on a scale (e.g., 1-5) and provide specific comments (1= Poor 3 = Average 5 = Excellent)
• Note any outstanding positive or negative interactions.
• Benchmark the 2 against each other
