I need someone to mystery shop my business

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to conduct a comprehensive mystery shopping evaluation of my business and five selected competitors. The project entails utilizing a pre-designed mystery shopping form to gather insights and subsequently compiling a succinct PowerPoint presentation outlining the findings. The presentation should include the following slides:

Slide 1: Assessment of customer service, tone of voice, and empathy displayed to you (caller)
Slide 2: Evaluation of the usefulness and benefits derived from the interactions;
Slide 3: Analysis of follow-up effectiveness- What did they commit to, did they follow up & how personalised were there (if applicable) follow up emails
Slide 4: Highlights of the most positive aspects encountered;
Slide 5: Identification of the most significant shortcomings observed during the calls.

*Please provide copies of their emails/follow up materials alone with the slide deck you pull togeher

**This will need to be 'open' for a week or 10 days to see what follow up each competitor does and how effective this is

Ultimately, the feedback forms give us insight into each competitor but the analysis deck (ppt) will help us understand where we need to improve
