ECommerce Test

Project goal
To gather feedback from adult vape users on the entire product experience from ordering to delivery.

Scope of work Requirements:
You must be 21 years of age or older.
Current or recent vape user
Comfortable ordering a vape product online (cost of product will be reimbursed or covered in advance).
Able to take notes and provide honest feedback (we will provide template).
You will be required to sign an NDA.

1. Visiting a website and ordering a vape-related product.
2. Documenting your experience as you go—from first impressions of the website, through the checkout process, to delivery and unboxing.
3. Filling out a short form with feedback on your experience.
4. Signing up to newsletters for a key brand, and two competitors.

Additional information - Approx. time commitment is 90 minutes across multiple days (ordering + delivery + complaint)
