App Ambassador in Seoul - Mystery Shopper

We’re looking for App Ambassadors to help us launch Snooper App in South Korea, the #1 mystery shopping App in Asia Pacific!

For this launch, Snooper is launching a market research aimed at gathering data on confectionery sold at Emart, Lottemart, Homeplus, GS25, CU, 7-eleven, Emart24 in Seoul and Incheon.

NOTE: You need to have an ANDROID device to be able to be an Ambassador.

WHAT IS SNOOPER

Snooper is much more than just a Mystery Shopper app.

With Snooper, you get paid in cash to complete easy missions in stores arounds you: take a few photos of products on shelves, find a promotional display, play the role of a mystery shopper, provide product feedback and much more. Making money in your free time or while shopping has never been so easy.

We analyse the images and feedbacks you provide so brands and retailers can get real-time visibility on their brands and products in-store.

PARTICIPATION STORES:

All Emart, Lottemart, Homeplus, GS25, CU, 7-eleven, Emart24 in the area of Seoul and Incheon.
We will share a Google Maps link on beginning of October with better details, but you can check the locations close to you.

MYSTERY SHOPPER MISSIONS

- Supermarket Stores (1 Mission per Store):
Mission Target:
Chocolates Aisle: Look for all types of chocolates, including bars, pralines, pouches, and blocks.
Chocolate Display Stands & Gondola Ends: Take photos of the display stands for specific brands.
Checkout Area: Look for chocolates, gum, mints, and other candies.

- Convenience Stores (1 Mission per Store):
Mission Target:
Chocolates Aisle: Look for all types of chocolates, including bars, pralines, pouches, and blocks.
Chocolate Display Stands & Gondola Ends: Take photos of the display stands for specific brands.
Checkout Area: Look for chocolates, gum, mints, and other candies.

All detailed instructions will be provided in the app, and we’ll be available to assist if you encounter any issues.

YOUR TASK

Choose at least 20 missions to visit and complete all available missions.
Note: Each convenience store mission pays $10 USD, and each supermarket mission pay $15 USD.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Location: Share your area so we can plan which stores you’ll visit.
Deadline: Complete all missions by 10th of November 2024. A strong commitment is important.
Communication: We need effective communication. Please respond to messages promptly.

HOW MUCH YOU WILL GET PAID

You will get paid $10 USD per convenience store mission, and $15 USD per supermarket mission.
Payment will be processed via milestones on Upwork. You’ll be paid per store visited as soon as all missions are successfully completed.
This task is advertised for 20 missions.

ONLY ACCEPT THIS TASK IF

- You must live in Seoul
- You must have a recent mobile phone with a high definition camera
- You must be used taking high quality photos (not blurry)
- You must be able to install and use a mobile app
- You must be comfortable playing the role of a mystery shopper in store
- You must be comfortable speaking English to communicate with us
- You must live in an area with participating stores
