Japanese Food Tasting Research in London E3 4RR

Experienced taste testers are invited to participate in a cross-cultural culinary research study. The event will be held over three sessions at Perspective Spaces in London on July 18, 2024, and will examine Japanese and European food manufacturers' products through a comparative tasting experience. Volunteers will evaluate traditional and innovative Japanese flavors alongside fusion preparations. Designed to last 1.5 hours, each time slot provides £50 compensation to British nationals over 18 without dietary restrictions who can objectively assess similarities and differences between samples. The goal is to gain insights through 15 participants per session in a confidential and easy-going setting conducive to discovering new tastes and providing critical feedback on manufacturers' products.
