Exhibition & Expo Planner with Partnership strategy

We’re looking for a highly organized and strategic event planner with experience managing exhibitions, expos, or large-scale conferences, and a strong ability to build partnerships and secure participation from key stakeholders. You will be responsible for end-to-end planning — including venue coordination, exhibitor outreach, scheduling, branding setup, logistics, and sponsorship acquisition. The ideal candidate has worked on education, tech, healthcare, or business expos and knows how to position an event to attract both local and international partners, media, and participants. Experience negotiating with vendors, managing budgets, and driving growth through partnerships is essential. This is a short-term or contract-based role with high visibility and impact.
