About the Project
RISE is an initiative by She Leads Academy CIC, a social enterprise dedicated to empowering women in entrepreneurship. These events aim to provide networking, learning, and inspiration by connecting women to role models, business experts, and funding opportunities.
We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to manage two full-day, in-person events for a minimum of 60 women each. The role includes end-to-end event planning, sourcing venues, booking speakers, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.

Can you please provide more information about the events including anticipated dates and start/end times, whether you have a programme already setup and you need me to approach, confirm and brief speakers, or are you looking for someone to create the programme also? It would also be good to know what infrastructure you have for promoting these events and how involved you’d expect me to be in this, plus things like how you anticipate processing bookings etc. Finally, is this a new event where we’d need to create all new signage, materials and templates for, or is there existing templates in place? Sorry for asking so many questions but it’s very difficult to give an acccurate quote without more information. Hope you can answer these so that I can put a proposal through as it seems like a very exciting project and I’ve managed female focussed events previously, with great success.
