Virtual Event Support / Project Manager

Looking for freelance event / project manager support with a global financial event taking place at a New York location, on the 28th Sept 2022.

This is an exciting role, which gives great opportunity working with some of the elite brands in the responsible Investing market. With three events per year and all being hybrid, there is great opportunity to support remotely across future projects on a freelance basis.

This will require someone who has experience managing both online, and in person events. Ideally has a good understanding of streaming and although onsite AV support will be there, there will be some technical elements with the online platform. Experience using the Hopin event platform would be beneficial, but if can demonstrate experience in online events and conferences as training will be provided on the platform being use for this high-profile event.

The role will require liaising with the venue, events and AV technical support teams on site on the build up and on the day to ensure all elements are in place and runs smoothly on the day. You will be required to ensure online speakers are in the right place to go live. Good people skills are requirement as will involve doing techincal checks with key speakers ahead of the event, and with the venue.

Looking for freelance support to start asap, and will be 8-10 hours per week on the build up and then 10 hours on the day of the event.
