Insert an .eps logo into .psd banner

I have a 1.5m x .5m banner that will be printed and hung on a wall. I have a design approved, but I have been given a logo in .eps and cannot handle it with the software i have. I need the logo to be resized to fit the banner and the banner layer already in the .psd to be discarded, as it was a rasterised vector graphic and it now fuzzy and bitty.
Unfortunately, I am in urgent need of this. I am sure all your clients say this, but I am talking 12 hours.
I can supply you the .eps file and the .psd file. Would you be able to turn it around in this time?
What woudl the price be?
