Identifying options/tendering for an event in London (Sept 25)

I need an experienced, well organised, Events planner to deliver a short project, to find a venue at short notice, following the news that our current event won't be available on our preferred dates ( 24th/25th Sept 2025).

We have identified a list of potential venues and now need to approach them and secured quotes/availability on these dates.

I expect this will represent a weeks' work (1-2 days per week) in October/November and you should indicate your rate/ideal price to us in your response.
