Event Planner for Agri-Business Milestone Celebration

We are excited to announce the upcoming 30th Anniversary of our Agri-Business, which will also mark the 10th Anniversary of our Grains Factory located in a remote area. This momentous occasion will also feature our Employee Excellence Awards Night, celebrating the hard work and dedication of our team.

Event Highlights:
-Guests in Attendance: Top government officials, partners, clients, employees, and other key stakeholders.
- Occasion Goals: Celebrating our history, recognizing excellence, and strengthening partnerships.

We Are Looking For:
A creative and detail-oriented freelancer with expertise in event conceptualization and design to handle the full spectrum of event planning, including:
- Venue Design & Setup: Transforming the venue into a memorable and visually stunning space.
- Creative Ideas & Branding: Developing event themes, branding materials, and interactive experiences.
- Event Execution: Managing every detail, from logistics and décor to schedules and entertainment.
- Momentum Building: Proposing innovative strategies to engage stakeholders and create excitement leading up to the event.

Deliverables
We’re looking for a comprehensive event proposal that includes:
1. Creative Concepts: Themes, branding, and highlights for the event.
2. Venue Vision:Detailed ideas on how the venue will look, feel, and function.
3. Execution Plan: Logistics, timelines, and proposed highlights for the event day.
4. Engagement Strategy: Activities or campaigns to build excitement before D-Day.
