This would include helping set up two venues on Saturday 13th August in the Southbank area London.
Before the event:
1 hour - briefing and calls prior to the event
2 hours on the day - 11am Arrive at Venue to set up the event space ahead of guests arriving at 1 pm - setting up includes hanging up garlands, put out menus, name places, put up photos
