Create a Virtual Sip & Empower: Virtual Tea Mindset Event

I need a Freelancer who is fluent in English, if not please don't apply. This is my third attempt to find the right freelancer and I am downscaling the event to make it easier to find the right person.

Preferably you are based in the USA and the expectation is we will meet virtually to discuss my project.

Here is my Vision and I welcome Input:
Event Concept:
Name: Sip & Empower: A Virtual Tea Mindset (Gender Neutral)
Theme: Minimalist, cozy, and uplifting
Duration: 75 minutes
Platform: Zoom or Google Meet
Ticket Price: $20 (Early Bird: $15)
VIP Experience: First 10 sign-ups receive a personalized tea recipe PDF
Event Date - Tentative May 2025

I have also been reviewing and considering Ticket Spice and Eventbrite with payment made via Stripe or PayPal as a last resort.

Need You to Help Add Value: Position the event as a chance to reset, recharge, and connect with like-minded people who are stressed out and looking for a safe place to come together over a cup of tea.

You will provide the graphics, setup the landing page on Ticket Spice and or Zoom.
Need Graphics for my website, Instagram, Pinterest including a Pinterest Board and Facebook.

Other responsibilities:

Event Concept & Agenda: You will help you craft a smooth-flowing, uplifting 75 min agenda that aligns with my theme—“Sip & Empower”—keeping it minimalist, cozy, and empowering.

Tea/Coffee Recipes: You will create a beautiful, branded PDF with custom tea/coffee recipes for your VIP guests, adding that personalized and thoughtful touch.

Mindfulness Segment: You will assist you in designing a calming guided breathing or mindfulness script you can deliver with ease.

Interactive Activities: Provide ideas for journaling prompts, a mini tea-tasting guide, and engagement strategies to keep the group connected throughout the event.

Ticketing Support: Setting up the event using Ticket Spice or suggest other budget-friendly options like Eventbrite, Zoom registration, or Google Forms + Stripe.

Ongoing Collaboration: Since this is my first event, I need you here for real-time feedback, brainstorming, and support to make this launch smooth and stress-free.

Unlimited communication through PPH during the planning phase.
